The Redbacks have entered a team in the Sydney Mud Run with a number aiming to run the event with their kids. The course is a 7km run that combines trail-running with crawling, leaping and wading your way through a variety of challenging mud-infused obstacles.

The trail is dotted with natural and man-made muddy obstacles. Sprint, jog, walk or even slide through the course – when you’re done, relax with a cool beer and burger at the race after-party.

Register on the website www.mudrun.com.au with the team name of “redbacks and kids”. Registration closes on the 27th November and the cost is $75.00
